Placing an order for a sheepskin rug

British Sheepskins rugs are entirely natural products and as such are subject to variations in colour, exact size, pattern and shape. These variations are not flaws; they are natural characteristics that are integral to the beauty of the rugs. The rug you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on this website - we ask that you bear this in mind when you place an order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. Payment is taken via our secure server and all credit card numbers are encrypted by the [name of software] software when the order is placed.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. The prices shown are in UK Sterling and include VAT.


Shipping

We endeavor to ship goods within 7 days of receipt of the order if the products requested are in stock. All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative product or later delivery date. You may of course cancel your order at any time.


Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a ‘no quibble’ guarantee. Simply return the products in original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the goods – you will only be liable for the postage costs (outward and return). If you are returning faulty products, then we will refund the postage costs too.

Rugs made to order according to the customers own specifications (through our ‘Design Your Own Rug’ facility) are exempt from our returns policy and are non-refundable except in the case of faulty goods.


Complaints

In the unlikely event that you wish to complain, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone, email, or in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 working days and will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
