Based in the historic woollen town of Buckfastleigh on the edge of Dartmoor, British Sheepskins is a wholly owned subsidiary of Devonia Products. Leather and sheepskin tanning is one of man’s oldest crafts and we are proud to have over 200 years of history in this ancient art. Our tannery uses many traditional methods and the rugs are finished by hand, by experienced local craftsmen who are dedicated to producing exceptional quality rugs that last beautifully.
